Firstly, the nursing staff here took care of us really well, they were attentive and listened. However we felt like the doctors did not, they were more concerned about getting is out (this is what I felt like). We have been here with same issue four times now and are walking away with not understanding of how to deal with the condition. We need to see a dermatologist, but have to wait four weeks even though my son has last 4 infections already.

Doctors need to explain the treatment better and listen to air concerns and not show us off. It should be much easier to access dermatologist especially for all infact who has had 4 infections in three months and on steroid creams and antibiotic for the duration of this.

Everyone is very competent, kind and caring. I always am well looked after and listened it if I have questions r comments. The support receive is wonderful and I am extremely grateful to queens- my consistent her team and everyone in the staff.

Additional compliments- always a warm welcome from lovely receptionist. Many thanks to the wonderful volunteers for their kindness providing drinks and snacks. They are angels.

Excellent staff.

Booked in and waited in purple zone to see at GP!! Complete waste of time. Should have been sent to A+E or here first.
